In our years spent writing about San Joaquin, we keep running across the same names again and again, names that represent all aspects of the community from the business world to the church. With the help of a few of our favorite community movers and shakers, we compiled a list of fifty of the most powerful and influential people that seem to always be behind the improvement of San Joaquin County. The list is by no means comprehensive, and we now realize that we could fill the entire magazine with Central Valley do-gooders and go-getters.
