Holiday Drinks

Holiday Cheers! ‘Tis the season to be jolly, and we have some great new recipes featuring infusion vodkas to get you into the spirit.

Merry Cherry

2 oz.    Skyy Infusions Cherry
½ oz.   Irish crème
½ oz.   chocolate liqueur
1 oz.    half and half
To mix: Combine all ingredients in a tall mixing glass. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass rimmed with coconut shavings.

Holly Day

2 oz.    Skyy Infusions Grape
½ oz.   fresh lemon juice
½ oz.   Cointreau        
7-up or Sprite
To mix: Combine all ingredients except soda in a tall mixing glass. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain over ice into a highball glass, and top with soda. Garnish with fresh mint and berries.

Midnight Kiss

1½ oz.  Skyy Infusions Passion Fruit
¾ oz.    Campari
¾ oz.    mango juice
¾ oz.    orange juice
½ oz.    fresh lemon juice
To mix: Combine ingredients, shake vigorously, and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with two cherries.

Winter Chill

1 oz.   Skyy Infusions Citrus
1 oz.   Blue Curacao
1 oz.   lime juice
1 oz.   Triple Sec
To mix: Mix ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass.

Tree Trimmers Delight

2 oz.   Skyy Infusions Raspberry
1 oz.   cranberry juice
¼ oz.  lime juice
½ oz.  honey syrup
club soda
To mix: Combine all ingredients except club soda in a tall mixing glass. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain over ice into a highball glass, and fill with club soda. Garnish with raspberries.

Tinsel Bellini

2 oz.   Hpnotiq
1 oz.   Limoncello
1 oz.   Champagne
Splash of lime juice
To mix: Rim the Champagne flute with a light coat of sugar. Pour chilled Hpnotiq, Limoncello, and Champagne into the champagne flute. Add a splash of lime juice.
