Internship

Internships are available in San Joaquin Magazine’s editorial department.

Interns play a vital role in the production of our magazine and have the opportunity to gain real world, hands-on experience. We are seeking strong, motivated interns to devote at least 10 hours per week  and at least three months. Duties include researching, writing, fact checking, and some project-based work.

Candidates must demonstrate excellent computer, communication, and writing skills, thorough attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently. Familiarity with Chicago Manual of Style is a plus.

San Joaquin Magazine is a demanding, fast-paced environment. Applicants must be able to meet tight deadlines with proficiency.
