Spring Fling

Cocktails to liven every springtime gathering

As soon as the air begins to warm up to that familiar spring breeze, we all want to get out in the sunshine and spend time with the ones we love. What better to toast to than our beautiful California weather? Kick up your bare feet, enjoy one of these springtime sippers, and allow yourself a content sigh. It’s finally springtime.

Springtime in Paris

1½ oz. SKYY Infusions Citrus Vodka
½  rosemary sprig
½ oz. Meyer lemon juice
½ oz. lemongrass simple syrup
dash of soda

Muddle rosemary with lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker. Add ice and SKYY Infusions Citrus Vodka and shake. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass and top with soda. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprig and serve.

April Showers Bring May Flowers

2 parts X-Rated Fusion Liqueur
1 part peach schnapps
splash of pineapple juice

Mix ingredients and shake over ice. Strain and serve in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with edible flower and serve.

 

 

 

Spring Forward ‘Tini

1 oz. SKYY Infusions Passion Fruit Vodka
1 oz. raspberry liqueur
2 oz. pineapple juice

Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with fresh mint and pineapple.

 

 

 

Apple Spring Fling

2 oz. Campari
1 fresh strawberry
5 slices of clementine
3 oz. orange juice
splash of 7Up

Muddle fresh clementine and sliced strawberry. 
Add ice and pour Campari, orange juice, and a splash of 7Up into a cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a peony and serve.
